Pretty Heart Med Spa is located in a Mattison Avenue Salon and Suites Building on the corner of Eldorado Parkway and Legacy. There are a few other businesses in this large building such as a Chipotle, A Wild Fork, a nail salon, and a Smile Lounge. The correct entrance is located on the back side (north side) of the building, down on the Chipotle end of the building.   We are located on the second floor through a set of double doors labeled Mattison Avenue Suites. You will find the #215 studio straight ahead on the right.

We are by appointment only. Availability is typically Monday-Friday, 10:00am to 6:00pm. We do not do any walk-ins. Exceptions are made all the time, so please call or text if there is a special appointment time you are needing!

We value your time as a client, and we also value ours as a business. Having clients is the only way we can keep our doors open. Due to no shows, all bookings require a 20% deposit at the time of booking. If you no show your appointment or cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled time, the deposit is forfeited. If you cancel your appointment outside of the 24 hour window, any deposit you made will be refunded back to you.

We have virtual appointments for many of our services! Most prescription based visits can be conducted virtually. 

Yes. We do group bookings for IV hydration and cosmetic injections.  In order to do a group booking at your location, at least THREE separate clients must be present and receiving at least one of the following: 

• 30 units + of Botox/ Xeomin
• A syringe of dermal filler
• Two 1000mL bags of IV fluids

*Will travel up to 15 miles from 75033 for groups of 3 or more.

*Willing to travel further distances for larger parties. Please text or call to inquire.

We can accept HSA cards for medical weight loss only. You must have a BMI over 30 for this payment method to be accepted. We accept all major credit cards and cash as payments as well.
